Hi,

Is this the repo for http://www.contratosabiertos.cdmx.gob.mx/? We are thinking about adapting this service to create a central database of procurement in Central and Eastern Europe as part of https://transparencee.org initative.

If that's true, could you answer some of my questions below?

Our goals

• internationalization - are there any language files? From what I see most of the texts are hardcoded
• OCDS publishing - I see that you have this feature on http://www.contratosabiertos.cdmx.gob.mx/s1/datos.php; just some translations are needed
• OCDS push - be able to harvest data from different sources. Do you have API allowing for pushing in data?
• OCDS support - is the internal database modeled as OCDS?
