Suggestion: oxidation #11

You could support oxidation of the copper rails, so that the acceleration decreases with every oxidation level. You should also be able to use an axe to de-oxidize the rail and honeycomb to wax the rail to keep the current oxidation level.

This would make it so that the copper rail could be used to transport you through some areas (like the main rooms of a base) at a slower speed, or let hopper minecarts move at a slower speed.

Sound like a nice idea.. but would need some re balancing. Because rn. the copper rails are supposed to be a replacement for the vanilla powered rails (same speed & cheaper to craft) and the powered rails just got a speed increase.

It would increase the crafting price of the rails and that's something i don't want to happen.. so maybe you can wax half a stack of rails with one honeycomb or so?

Also there is the problem of rails not being loaded so they are not going to oxidize...
