VS ships dont cause wakes. this is likely due to their entities being processed on a separate thread. adding support for VS ships with special LARGE wakes based on ship size and direction might be something to look into at some point. this is a lower priority feature but something that would be quite cool if implemented.

(wakes in inage are from player due to helm in water level)
