Per pixel blending. Removes the need for buggy blending functions, gives the wakes one default look and reduces the amount of textures drawn by half (because the foam isn't rendered sperately).
Fixes #35
Splash planes now lerp correctly when at yaw 90
Splash planes can be disabled while in first person
Should fix #46 (only enabling depth test seems to have fixed it)
YACL missing text fix

@Briarbot2011 You could download the artifacts in the latest Github Actions build and extract the non-sources file in the archive

@Briarbot2011 I have not yet compiled the mod to a stable version. I will upload the mod at the end of the day.
