[1.21] Wakes happen inside of boat and show in first person even if disabled

Describe the bug without changing any settings, and i also tried tweaking a few, the wakes appeared in the boat itself and in front of my view in first person. weird ?

Expected behavior wakes would have been in front of the boat like in the trailers for the mod being able to disable the wakes when inside the boats in first person

To Reproduce not sure how someone could go about recreating this issue. clean install of 0.2.5 of wakes with maybe my mod list ?

This is not actually a bug. In the pictures showcasing the mod the splashes actually goes through the boat. This might not be completely desirable but its just how it is at the moment.

The splashes showing for the boat while in first person I could maybe fix but the other thing will not be easy.

well they are indeed inside of the boat, but not as much as in my pictures i feel like ? maybe its just me. you could also maybe place them on the side of the boat like in wind waker ? but yeah if anything i dont think thats an actual problem, i am waiting for the first person fix though, thanks for the reply !

Would be nice a slider to adjust splash s angle on the x and y axis (maybe sliders to adjust x and y offset and not only z). That would also "fix" the problem of splash passing through the boat.
