[Feature] Topic Tabs #13

The idea is that it takes every comment in the chat and checks if there is question mark at the end and adds it to a new tab, that way when you are bored or doing nothing productive you can switch to question tab and read all the questions even after some time the answer may be still apriciated.

Also a pause button for chat to maybe copy/read longer coments

The "pause" button feature is already in the current version, you just need to scroll up in order to stop the chat from scrolling.

As for the question tab, I was looking into "topic tabs" so this could be a future feature, with a tick for "questions" in setting them up.
