[Request] ability to resize to different aspects #19

Basically, if I'm planning on playing a game that's non-wide-screen, and want to have chat on screen, I'd love to have a thinner vertical chat rather than the wide chat.

I'll make the popped out chats be able to do this, but the main window has to have a minimum size of something due to GUI buttons overlapping and whatnot.
