Patient "Profile View" page #156

The "Change Picture" link on the page is still not functional.

When the "Edit Profile" link is clicked, the user is redirected to the editing page but it has errors in the title/description of the page (i.e. Upcoming Appointments; Below are the list of appointments being processed on Ghinger's platform)
