SPA/GYM Request - Payment Method Issue #163

Under the "How should Ghinger Collect the cash from you?" option in the "Payment Method" window, when a selection is made in the "Choose Collection Type" field the 2nd field containing the "Choose Best Time" option dissappears thus preventing the user from choosing a time slot for payment as shown below.

Best time is only for Home collection
