On every request page on the platform, there is the statement below;
*" Please note that laboratory request is non-refundable. Your amount will be credited to your account once you cancel"**
But there is no "Cancel Request" button/feature on the page. I think it should be added.
OR will cancellations be done only via mobile phones?
