New Sign-Up Issues - "Date of Birth" #175

The format for date of birth on the sign-up form should be changed. It should be made easier for users to input as a little mistake undoes everything inputted and resets the page. screenshot 2016-11-25 16 21 49

Confirmed!...but if the format for the input of the Date-of-Birth could be changed it would also make it easier for users.

I mean the format where there's a drop down arrow with all the information stated below. For e.g.

                         "Day"       "Month"      "Year"
                           01            Jan             2016
                           02            Feb            2015
                           03            Mar           2014
                           04            Apr            2013

....
