Appointment Confirmation Process #65

When a new appointment is booked on the Patient Panel and steps taken to confirm on the Ghinger Panel it is not registered or displayed as "Confirmed" and doesn't appear on the Hospital Panel.

Can you please help me understand why this is happening?
