[x] Repository Startup.
[ ] Add Pipelined MIPS code (PCS3612).
[ ] Add test code (Ex.: fibonacci.c).
[ ] Successfully run MIPS code in Vivado or similar.
[ ] Update .gitignore to remove unnecessary autogenerated files.
