figure out what the hell is wrong with poppler #288

Progress on poppler:

got a binary for poppler on windows
installed binary
installed py-poppler-qt5 (I think it was qt5? check?)
poppler qt5 couldn't find the dom plugin for pyqt5 and gave up

suggested change: give up and replace it with a webkit window which is supported fully by piquet
