Redo the pdf viewer #336

PDF viewer looks hideous and doesn't work beyond 2 pages. I thought we'd fixed this

Basically done. Moved to a pdf viewer class, both the regular viewer and the extra multi stand thingy use the same class. Got rid of moving horizontally then vertically as I don't think formatting it like book pages helps anyone, least of all musicians with dodgy page turns.
