Template should include CI building #13

In order to facilitate good practices, it would be beneficial if the template included example github CI build pipelines to build the exports.

This looks to be a little challenging - my first attempt almost works using https://github.com/firebelley/godot-export however it seems like godot might need to open the project twice to resolve the imports.
