PlayerBody Collisions not setup by default #620

image Contrary to the documentation (https://godotvr.github.io/godot-xr-tools/docs/player_body/), the player body is not setup by default. Also It's indicated that it's masks are from 1 to 10, but there is no physics layers setup from 6 to 16 so why enable the 6th to 10th ?
