Archives (iOS): Add reading archives from Dropbox #624

Archives currently supports writing files to Dropbox, but does not allow 
opening archives from Dropbox.

Even if this was the only non-Mail method, bringing archives in through Dropbox 
would do 95% of what is needed.

I can open archives from Dropbox.
