The Unarchiver: #677

First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or
similar operating system hacks installed, please remove them first, restart
the program, and make sure the bug is reproducible without them.

If you are reporting a file that does not extract properly, please attach
the file in question, or provide a link to it, so the problem can be
reproduced. If you do not, the problem can not be fixed.

Also make sure you have tested the latest version of the program. (Use the
Downloads tab above to find it.)

SORRY! Accidentally submitted that. The issue:

The Unarchiver is quarantining all files on extraction, regardless of whether
the archive was quarantined or not.

That's the sandbox. Nothing to do about it except to run the non-sandboxed
version.

I thought that was only supposed to happen for executable files?

I think it's everything.

Are you sure? I haven't seen other sandboxed apps quarantining all their files.
According to the developer info, it should only be happening to executable
files:

Zip file contents are often all marked as executable, because that's what
Archive Utility does. Lots of zip files out there don't contain permissions
information, but still expect their contents to be runnable.
