Updates to trim package size for Bioconductor submission #20

Bioconductor stipulates that the tarball for software packages must be under 5MB. To comply with this:

Full promoter annotations for human and mouse genomes have been removed
A subset of promoter annotation GENCODE v34 is included (to run the vignette)
A subset of the original junction files are used
Remove certain tests and corresponding test data for wrapped functions
Include tests for plotting function to achieve 95% test coverage overall
