Can Xpore detect 5mC RNA modification #189

Can Xpore detect 5mC RNA modification or it is just detecting any modification ?

Hi @keenhl,

xpore can detect any site that is different across samples or between two samples, so it should be able to detect m5C if the site is differentially modified across samples or between two samples.
