Request: Add VS Code's GitHub theme #336

First of all, thank (the creator and all the contributors) you for this project!

I'd love to see this VS Code's theme named "GitHub Theme". In the extension page I found this repo where it looks like we can see the colors used.

I'm intending to do this and make my first contribution to the project when I have free time. But if anybody is also willing to, feel free to do it! Thank you in advance :smile:
