[Suggeestion] Refined Pipes #21

Hi,

I know there is already Pipez included in the modpack but I would like to suggest adding Refined Pipes for two reasons:

  1. They are fancier
  2. To let the player choose which pipes to usee, like you do with the storage system (AE2/RS)
