Server config files are wrong #6

I just tried to make a server and the files are all wrong. I looked in and I see client files and server files in the config folder. I deleted all the client files and started the server and it still won't start. I can't install this pack on my server with the config file in its current state,

Actually, it's not the client files but I'm not sure what it is but when I take the config folder out it starts up fine. I could go through and take out each one, one by one but I don't wanna do that to start my server,
