[BUG] uncraftable item quest #24

Description of the Bug

Hello, in the bloodmagic quest, there is the "sigil of the frozen lake" which need to be done. But there is no craft for this sigil in the JEI. So I search on the internet, the only answer were on a chinese website (I use to visit this website when I search some informations, and generally, it's bad news if it's the only website). So I looked at the book of blood magic, the "sanguine scientiem". In it, we can see the sigil which is marked by "WIP" and "Not yet implemented". So it's basically a fail in the questbook which has to be corrected Thanks for the modpack Bye

Expected Behaviour

  1. Click on sigil of the frozen lake
  2. see the craft
  3. do it
  4. finish this quest

I tried, blue ice then imbued slate, it doesn't worked. In which version are you to get the JEI ?
