Unclear parameters for new appointment #3

It is difficult to tell what pic and dic stand for as both parameters are NRIC so it is confusing. While it is stated in the "take note" section, I recommend changing the parameter names in the input format.

Nitpicking. It is already mentioned in the take note section of the UG. Users should be familiarised with the parameters used - and it is not totally unintuitive since pic and dic obviously refer to patientIC and doctorIC.
