Tooniland authentication & proxy support #20

Implement Tooniland authentication. Means in-launcher proxy support because Tooniland blocks foreigner IP.

Proxy support was implemented since https://github.com/GoldRenard/DMOAdvancedLauncher/commit/d41d606a472a31b48251f6122cba7eade5ed2731, but I'm not sure about Tooniland auth. We'll see...
