Stockpile - always all items open on open of program #456

My preference - as a default - would be to have the collapsed on restart, or at least a toggle to collapse/expand all. And/or remember the previous settings.

Getting tiresome to collapse all the stockpiles before actually getting focused on the one or two I am interested in.

I opened my eyes. collaspe option, etc. already there. :)
