Add a division name column in the Transactions view and on the journal view #483

In the journal view, you currently see the Wallet ID rather than the name :

As well as in the Transactions view:

It would be handy to have in both view the Wallet name

This may also be a good idea to add it in the Tracker view

It's not going to be implemented for the tracker. It have the same issue as the Isk tool, that you can add multiple corporations, which mean the divisions could have more than one name (one for each corporation).
