Enhancement suggestion: more possible spawn types when mining under the Mistlands

To remain consistent with the Mistlands lore, when mining in that biome it should be possible that ticks or seekers spawn while mining, just as what happened when the Dvergr choose to mine there.

You can manually add what ever mobs you like via the cfg file, same as any ore etc .. i've done it for a lot of various things
