Mod (Fireteam F ver) is causing permanent Ashlands weather on spawn

I spent quite a while uninstalling and reinstalling mods until I isolated this mod as the culprit. This is on the latest version I could find, and cursory google searches only returned similar results with the Mistlands weather pattern instead though I have not been able to recreate that.

same issue. and if i remove it and try the old one by goldenjude, then i cant even log in to my worlds. and tryin to play with that storm cycling around you with every step... not happenin....
