Title self-explanatory. Adding support for extracting and converting tracks from FFIV Pixel Remaster for use in its MSU-1 patch. Some of the work had already been started for the 1.0 release, so this ought to get done sooner rather than later.

As of commit 489953a7cf5953eca08e5bd7693d094cee956ef8, much of the groundwork has been laid out and pretty much all that's left to do is complete the INI tables for both games.
