[Feature opinion] scrape for next episode in the background when an episode starts #324

If someone wants to binge an anime I was thinking why not start the scraping for sources when one episode starts. sooner or later they will want to watch the next episode right? even if they ended the episode and came back to it later. it's in cache. and it would be more seamless to play next episode this way.
