Video Player / video format #9

Currently we are using a untested video player. Perhaps a better one is in order.

Also replace MP4 format with HLS?

Another suggestion: option to transcode in multiple quality versions (and also an option to use other codecs like AV1, either alongside for compatibility or replace the default one)
