Producing frames overlaid on previous frame #20

You can see the previous layer/frame remaining and getting overlaid by the next layer/frame. All the attribute gifs (body, hair, tshirt) are 3 frames long. Below I have attached the individual attributes. Can i get some help to sort this out.
