update readme headings / grammar #249

Some minor fixes for readme headings, grammar, nomenclature

Main issue fixed: I had yarn android under "ios build instructions section" by accident. Now corrected to be yarn ios

there are places that you sound hesitant. The documentation should not sound hesitant (as much as possible)

True, I was just hesitant as I didn't have time to test the build steps yet (and I probably can't test the ios build procedure on windows pc).

Maybe will update readme again after I have time to try the build steps, otherwise (for anyone else) feel free to flesh out or update build instructions.

-no-snapshot-load flag to start android avd (cold boot if expo crashed entire avd, and upon restarting avd it is still in crashed state)
