Fixed this bug where the scrollview doesn't scale properly.
Managed to do this without breaking keyboard behavior in the modal. Everything should be consistent across all platforms. One small bug left is when ios's keyboard goes up, you can't scroll to the sign out button. This doesn't appear on android.
