It's not fun if everything remains abstract ideas and formulas. I think if we regularly push small pieces of code we will have more fun. We would work by increments and quickly enhance concrete stuff, rather than imagine how perfect a theoretical game engine could be and then never have enough motivation to actually implement it.

We still need a basic model for all the calculations :) I'll add the database and the back of the players tomorrow.

Nobody's interested anymore? Or you don't have time? It's finally starting :(

Gollwu commented 9 years ago

Let's use this ticket to discuss all kind of things : Zigglick wants us to put the name of the tickets solved on the commit message (they are automatically linked)

Thanks :)

qr7hur commented 9 years ago

The issue number to be exact. Just commit -m "whatever #XX"

Thanks :)

Hey, The first milestone is almost reached and will be after the implementation of the pushing of the turrets. For the second one I was thinking to start implementing the buttons for jungle ganks and movements through the lane and maybe others? It would also be cool to implement the farming of the jungler and the availability of the camps.

Maybe start the management system if the database is linked?

any thoughts?

Gollwu commented 9 years ago

I changes db.js to replace the numbers for the lanes (1="top" .. etc...) to put once again the name of the lanes which are more readable. It is also not needed anymore since I rewrote the whole gameEngine and no sortByKey is needed anymore.

So after a short conversation on Nkt, the tickets for Iteration number 2 should be :

Gollwu commented 9 years ago

I created a new Branch named "Test", we should all push to this one. And every end of iteration with no bugs, I'll merge the branch into the master branch (which will be the "prod" branch)

Thank you
