Hi,

As it turns out, we have some game theorists here (SqAtx, not to mention names). As you all know, along with the creation of "mechanic" formulas, one must make sure that a given champion does not stand out as the "OP" one, and that the incentive for choosing a champion/player is uniformly distributed among all of them.

This issue should track changes to the game engine formulas, and make sure both champions and players show balanced stats.

Maybe we can just put some calculations on the database to assure a champion doest not have too much strenghts. Like overall % in matchup average is between 45 and 55 or things like that. However the point of the game is also for the players to find op things and aplly patches afterwards :)
