Would be useful to choose between:

Paste image onto every voxel along an axis (x,y,z). This is the default, for the z-axis only.
Paste image onto the voxels in the current 2D slice. Probably want this as the default.
Paste image onto every voxel along the axis perpendicular to the current 2D slice.

Also, SetFrom2DImage is currently misnamed, since a 2D image gets resized to 3D before being passed-in for 3D image systems.
