Adding payment structure in. #72

Heres the design of the payment structure:

Once a link is given to a client it has 21 days to gather clicks. After the 21 days is up the link is considered to be payment pending. It will be removed from their links section and put in a payment pending section on the payment page. Once paid it is moved to the paid out section of the payment page.

I should be able to get this up and running in a couple days here. Im busy until Wed tho.

On hold while I implement the backend stats stuff. Couldn't accurately calculate pay with values just getting updated when users login.
