Automatic sorting (alphabetically or by profession) should be reasonably doable. Manual sorting (e.g. through drag-and-drop) is a bit more complicated and I don't think I'll have the time to work on that.
You're also welcome to try and put up a PR. Otherwise I'll probably start working on it over the weekend
Request: Add functionality to rearrange items in the "products" section, either manually or automatically (i.e. alphabetically, by dependencies, etc.). Reasoning: Would provide much greater clarity when reading list of products and remove the need to edit the profile .json manually to do.
