seriously, I hate to be a bummer, but those EULAs we all agree to can contain some extremely egregious terms. this one is pretty reasonable and I don't think Valve is going to sue you to death over it. simply looking out for your safety.

read some EULAs in you free time, they can be hilarious. my favorite comes from Apple...

I'm now also concerned about any Docker build or script using steamcmd!!! I'm not a lawyer, I want to protect FOSS from lawyers though.

I suppose I could email Valve for clarification on the FOSS ecosystem.
