[AUCTIONS DASHBOARD] check on Claim Rewards statuses for closed auctions #941

Super Admins should have an easy way to check on Claim Rewards statuses for closed auctions — either through the Network Admin > Sites dashboard, or through the NP Site > Auctions dashboard.

(For the latter, it’s more likely that the Super Admin access to this info would be through the NP Site > Analytics > Product dashboard.)
