Existing users are not appearing in the Email or Username box when they've already been added #950

This is a wordpress UX issue, if a user already is associated with a site they don't appear as an option.

a fix would be to show that user in the list anyways, but include (already added) next to their name

In the NP Admin’s Add User > Add Existing User window, existing users are not appearing in the Email or Username box

Here’s a Loom explaining the issue. This functionality was working before, so I’m not sure why it’s not working now.
