Email Notification templates should NOT include individuals’ names — only GOODBIDS or Nonprofit Names

The email banner shouldn’t say “New Support Request from annemariecruz” — please note that AMC did not generate this support ticket.

Can we please remove AMC’s name and any other GOODBIDS team members’ names from the coding templates?
