First question: Where is the place I can see ALL the bidders in ALL the auctions? I failed to find it.

From the Network Admin, if you click on GOODBIDS then Bidders, there’s a Bidder Dashboard that gives some high-level / roll-up stats on Bidders across all auctions. This report doesn’t show a detailed view of specific auctions / bids per Bidder, so unlikely to be super helpful for troubleshooting this issue.

Another option is to search from the Network Users dashboard, where I can see the NP sites Louis has visited (MMP, buildOn) to narrow things down.

Second: I found it it was a Million Meals auction (the baseball lessons). I went to that dashboard, went to users, search for Louis and found nothing.

I searched for “louis” in the Users dashboard on the MMP and I see him there. This page is showing that he doesn’t have an associated Referrer.

You’re right that he doesn’t return in the search results on the Customers dashboard; it looks like WooCommerce is searching specifically on “customer name” (vs. username or email) and Louis’s customer name is “Thoai Huynh.”

Now that I’ve found Louis, how can I inspect the bid he made?

The WC Customers dashboard doesn’t give you direct access to all the Orders the Customer has made. If you search for Louis on the Orders dashboard, his bid order comes up. You can click on it to see that he placed a $60 bid for the pitching lesson auction.

When I click on his linked account, I can see HIS referral code, but nothing about which auctions he bid on and whether the code was recorded.

The User page only shows Referred By information if it was captured, and in this case, it wasn’t. If you check out the User page for another User who was successfully referred, you can see that the Referred by info is captured. My guess is there there was user error somewhere in the process of sharing the referral URL.

It seems like what would be most helpful here for troubleshooting issues like this in the future would be to add a detail page from the Network Admin > Bidders dashboard that shows all the bids placed / rewards claimed for each Bidder across the network. It’s otherwise pretty tricky for a Super Admin to troubleshoot an issue like this without any information other than username.
