ME: We are hosting at 35.197.58.181 but still using your Name Server to resolve. The Name server is not propagating effectively. It's switching back and forth between the new and the old. Could you please tell me why your DNS is switching back and forth? Can you explain your problem in more detail? START CHAT

Sangeetha: Hello Steve.I apologies for the wait time. My name is Sangeetha and I am happy to help you.How are you today?

Steve: I have quite a few people who are becoming angry with me about the propagation of this website. I'm not doing well.

Steve: Do you understand our problem?

Sangeetha: Okay, let us see what is wrong. Sorry for the delay.

Sangeetha: Could I get the last 4 characters of the Main account password to verify ownership of the account?

Sangeetha: I can see that the name servers are still pointing to us.

Sangeetha: Do you want me to change them to any?

Steve: For everything but email. Email is still on Just Host. Do not break the email. There is a major fundraiser starting and the team has to maintain communication.

Sangeetha: Once I change the name servers the mail service will get effected.

Sangeetha: Once the mane servers are propagated after 48 hours you need to contact the new name server providers and ask them to update A and Mail record again.

Sangeetha: Name*

Sangeetha: That will have a downtime of nearly 48 hours.

Steve: Something is wrong. I'm talking about records.

Steve: Stop

Sangeetha: I didn't do any changes yet.

Sangeetha: The Nameservers need to stay with Just Host. Our A records are set up to take care of this.

Steve: The problem is that the system, on your end telling other servers around the globe to switch to the new IP. Then it goes and tells them to switch back. Why is that happening?

Sangeetha: Let me check with that if so.

Sangeetha: Okay I have re pushed DNS for this domain and you will not face this issue again.

Steve: Bold claims, I like it. This is the 4th push in a week. Are you certain?

Sangeetha: Yes, I am. I assure.

Based on the three previous pushes, I suspect that this will act no differently.

I've spoken with Harry. The plan is that we will continue to troubleshoot. We will hope that this works. I will continue to escalate this as far as possible with JustHost. After the GSCR fundraiser, we will switch registrars if we continue to have issues.

Instead of parking, we're adjusting the extra domains from parked to a straight-forward redirect. Email forwarders are not preserved through this process so we recreated them. Monitoring for the next several hours.
