[BUG] Breadcrumbs don’t work as expected. #102

  1. Full breadcrumb is hyperlink, often going to unexpected places

    • if I click on profile >> I go to profile, if I click on home >> I go to home.

  2. Should either display Collective Name or Address, not “Collective / [address]” - duplicative https://www.loom.com/share/ff89ba631d784832946328f8a8d42490
