[UX Enhancement] Make clear the dApp only works on Celo #181

Issue

When I'm connected to Ethereum or any other chain that is not Celo, it shows "NONE" on the bar. If I didn't know that the app works on Celo, the UI is not intuitive, and there's no reference to indicate this.

Fix

Change "Unsupported Network" text to say "Please Switch to Celo Network"
